ITL 112 - Database Concepts
An overview of the role of databases within a variety of academic, business, and governmental organizations, and an introduction to database design and management.

IST 302 - IT Project Management (Spring 2009)
This junior-level elective course introduces students to the strategies, proceses, and tools for effectively managing IT projects. Students learn from case studies of actual IT projects to gain insight into factors that can contribute to either project success or failure. At the end of the course student teams present a proposal for a project that incorporates concepts learned during the semester.

IST 541 - Qualitative Research in Information Sciences & Technology (Spring 2009)
In this class I served as a guest instructor for a session covering qualitative interviews as a data collection technique. Responsibilities included facilitating class discussion of interview strategies and design as well as providing insights from my own research.
IST 331 - Organization and Design of Information Systems: User and System Principles (Fall 2008)
In this required junior-level course, students are introduced to the fundamental theories, methods, and frameworks of Human-Computer Interaction. Through a combination of individual and group work, students apply concpets learned in class to the evaluation of real and (proposed) redesign of real-world information systems.

IST 420 - Fundamentals of System and Enterprise Integration
In this course, junior-level students gain knowledge and skills critical to the integration of enterprise systems. These skills include application fo the Systems Development Lifecycle, UML, and logical modeling.
